Tuheiava Pass

Undoubtedly the most beautiful dive in Tikehau, and the most fish-rich in Polynesia. The pass is the energetic seat of the lagoon ecosystem. You will encounter many species there: barracudas, hammerhead sharks, tiger sharks, and manta rays... To ensure you enjoy it, we analyze the tidal activity and adapt the diving schedules accordingly. Practiced by drifting, it is accessible to experienced divers from Level 1.

The most famous of the Poito sites, the reef pass offers the chance to observe napoleons and wild trevally, and you'll encounter a colossal school of jacks and barracudas. At sunset, the «Tapete» shark awaits you. Accessible to all.

Here are some tips to ensure you have a stress-free scuba diving experience before you take off for French Polynesia.

A diving certificate

To dive safely, remember to ask your doctor for a medical certificate (valid for 1 year). PDF (Medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of underwater activities) available on the FFSSM website or below.

Your dive logbook

For certified divers, we will be happy to stamp the characteristics of your dive and your beautiful underwater encounters.

Book your dives

Book in advance to better organize your stay and guarantee yourself a place on board, according to your wishes.

Post-dive vigilance

A safety delay must be applied between your last dive and your return flight: 24 hours for international flights and 12 hours for inter-island flights.

+5kg free on flights with proof

Inter-island flights limit baggage to 15kg. Remember to show proof of certification to obtain an additional 5kg to carry your equipment (and benefit from the equipped diver rate).
